Obligatory	Must not donate if: a) The condition is infected or infectious. b) Malignant. c) Affecting site of venepuncture or harvest.
Discretionary	If malignancy was a Basal Cell Carcinoma and treatment is completed, accept.
See if Relevant	Dermatitis Infection - General Malignancy Psoriasis
